Don't be lazy, let's work it out :)




Share with you some of my tips :)

Wake up:
1. 10 - 20 Sit up
2. 20 squats
3. 30 Lunges

While I brush my teeth:
4. 40 Calf raises

Before shower:
5. 100 Jumping jacks
6. 50-100 Sumo squats/ half squats
7. 40 Leg raises
8. 20 squats

Rest for 10-15 minutes, go for shower ^_~
